How To Replace The Panasonic Workio DP 8016 Toner
09/17/2018

The Panasonic Workio DP 8016 is a cost-effective, practical office solution for document printing and copying, at up to 16 ppm. The machine has a small footprint that allows it to fit into tight office spaces, even on a small desktop. The average yield from a toner is 10,000 pages, and for optimum performance from your device, it is always recommended to use only Panasonic brand genuine OEM supplies in your machine. The Device Monitor is a nice little feature that even allows you to check the current toner level on the printer without having to leave your desk or wait until the paper is printing out blank.
When it's time to replace the toner, simply follow these steps:
- Open the front cover of the printer/copier
- Remove the Toner Waster Container
- Slide out the empty Toner Bottle (twisting to the left to unlock/release it to remove it)
- Release/remove the Corona Cleaner Handle
- Slide the Corona Cleaner in and out slowly, 3-4 times, then return the Corona Cleaner Handle to its original position
- Gently shake the new Toner a few times
- Remove any tape or seal from the new Toner
- Slide the new Toner into the printer
- Twist the new Toner to the right to lock it in place
- Slide in the new Toner Waste Container
- Close the front cover of the printer/copier
That's all there is to it — you're all set and ready for printing!
