Very soon! We ship fast and frequently. Orders received before 5 pm EST are shipped the same day. We offer free shipping throughout the continental United States. Most East Coast orders are delivered the following business day.
East Coast orders usually arrive within a day of ordering. West Coast orders may take a few days. 2-day delivery option for a flat fee of $9.95 per order is also available.

We provide free FedEx ground shipping on all orders. If you choose the free shipping option, your order will be shipped on the same business day. Please click the link to view the estimated delivery date.
If you require expedited delivery for your printing supplies, you can select the 2-day delivery option for a flat fee of $9.95 per order.
We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the lower 48 states, as well as APO and FPO addresses. However, if you have a freight forwarder based in the USA, we can ship the order to them, and they can handle forwarding it to your preferred international address.
A FedEx tracking number will be supplied when your order ships. You can track orders through FedEx Ground.
We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and PayPal, as well as Net 30 accounts.
Sales tax varies by location. We only sell genuine OEM printing supplies! You can tell by the original packaging and the manufacturer's product seals and logos on the printing supplies inside.
You can return unopened, undamaged products for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returning opened items and returning items after 30 days will be handled case by case.

You can open a return request under My Account on the Toner Buzz website. Once a return request is opened, a Toner Buzz representative will be in contact within one business day. You must have an approved return authorization before returning items.
You can request a replacement for your damaged or defective item under the My Account tab on the Toner Buzz website. Have a copy of your Supplies Status Page and pictures of the damaged/defective item.

You have a color printer if you have more than one cartridge inside your printer. Congratulations! You will need four cartridges for your color printer: black (K), cyan (C), yellow (Y), and magenta (M). Monochrome printers (black and white) only use black cartridges.
If you print many pages per month, invest in a high-yield cartridge. If your printing needs are modest, save some money and stick with a standard-yield toner cartridge.
A combo pack includes two printer cartridges and can save you money and the inconvenience of running out of printing supplies during a job. If you own a color printer, we suggest purchasing a set of printer cartridges. Cartridge sets include four color cartridges — black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. Printer cartridge sets are priced cheaper than purchasing the four cartridges separately.
