Genuine OEM Lexmark Optra T616 Toners

The Optra T616 accepts a smaller black-toner cartridge or a larger one for more printing between changes. Lexmark's 12A5840 is the smaller option. High-yield 12A5845 toner is the larger Return Program choice, with a requirement to send the empty cartridge back to Lexmark.

Toner Buzz carries genuine Lexmark toner for the T616, including high-yield 12A5745 toner without Return Program terms. The 12A5849 cartridge is intended specifically for labels, rather than being just another capacity choice. The separate 99A1017 charge roller is a maintenance part, not a toner cartridge.
