How it works:

1. Sign up for our Professionals Inner Circle Program

2. Share your custom link with anyone who who you believe may need to purchase toners for their printers.

3. We will send you $50 for each referral who places an order of $250 or more. They also receive $25 off their first order.

How do I make sure that my colleague’s purchase is tracked back to me?

There are two ways this gets tracked:

1. Whenever someone clicks on your referral link, we’ll store a cookie on their machine and if they purchase from that device, we’ll know you referred them.

2. If they input your referral code into the “promo code” box during checkout online or by phone we’ll know you referred them regardless of device.

What should I say when I share?

What’s the best way to share?

We highly recommend emailing it to anyone who may need toner in the future because many people often save coupons in their email and search for them later. Social media is also great, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, wherever you socialize.

How much can I expect to earn?

You can earn as much as you’d like! This program was designed to give you the liberty to refer as many colleagues as you’d like.

What’s the average earnings each week?

Earnings amount is up to you. We’ve seen advocates earn as high as $850 in a week. We don’t limit your earnings.The more people you have in your professional circle, the more potential there is to earn.

What if I don’t have PayPal?

In order to participate in our Professional Inner Circle Program, you must have a valid PayPal account.

Where can I track how much I earned?

To view your earned Referral Rewards as an advocate, you will need to login to your Advocate Rewards Page which you can do by following the steps below:

Go to your Advocate Join Page (the URL is http://example.referralcandy.com, where example can be found your Referral Link and is specific to the Referral Portal of the store that you are trying to access >> e.g. http://example.refr.cc/john)
Enter the email address that you previously used to register for the referral program in the field provided (e.g. the email address you used to make a purchase from this store)
Click the "Submit" button
Click the "Track your rewards" link on the top right*
Enter the email address that you used in step 2 along with the associated password for this Advocate Join Page and click the "Login" button.

*Note: If you do not see the "Login" button in step 5 and see a "Create new account" button instead, this is because you have entered an email address that has not been registered with this store's referral program. Please go back to step 1 and enter the correct email address that was previously registered. Alternatively, you can register and create a new account using a new email address.

Why haven't I received my Referral Reward yet after referring a colleague who has made a purchase?

There are a couple of potential reasons why you may have not yet received your referral reward even though the colleague you referred has made a purchase at the store.

Potential Reason	Explanation
Your colleague did not click your referral link before making a purchase.	If your referral link is not clicked, no referral will be attributed to you.
Your colleague clicked someone else's referral link before clicking your referral link to make a purchase.	The referral is attributed to the 1st referral link clicked before a purchase is made.
Your colleague completed the purchase using a different device and browser from the one used to click your referral link.	Referral tracking is cookie based and is dependent on the colleague completing the purchase in the same browser that was also used to click the referral link.
Your colleague's purchase is below the minimum amount to be considered for a reward.	In order for an advocate to receive the reward, the referred customer must place a minimum order of $250 before taxes.
The Referred Purchase Review Period still in effect	You will have received a "Reward Pending" email. During this 30 day period, Toner Buzz may void a referral or delete a purchase if the purchase was flagged as fraudulent or the order was returned. After this period, referral rewards earned become eligible to be sent out.
You have not yet selected your cash reward preference and entered your PayPal email address (cash referral rewards only)	After a successful referred purchase has been made using your referral link, you will be sent an email to select your reward preference and enter your PayPal email address. Please follow the instructions in the email. *If you haven't setup a PayPal account yet, please do so first at PayPal.com.

Once these above conditions are met, you will receive a "Successful Reward" email and your referral reward.

NOTE: PayPal restrictions regarding Cash Rewards

1. PayPal regulations prevent us from sending money to PayPal accounts that are categorized as Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs). Advocates should ideally set up a Personal PayPal account to receive the rewards.

2. PayPal regulations prevent us from sending money to PayPal accounts in Russia, Ukraine or Turkey so please ensure that your account is set up outside of these countries to be able to receive your rewards.

Can I earn more if I referred more than 10 colleagues who purchased?

If you have referred more than 10 colleagues within a 60 day period, you may be eligible for a higher reward per referred colleague. Please contact us at support@tonerbuzz.com.

What if my colleague purchases multiple orders?

You may only be rewarded once for the same colleague.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to your participation in the Toner Buzz (“Toner Buzz” or “we”) Professionals Inner Circle Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms:

We may, from time to time, offer Toner Buzz customers the opportunity to earn rewards by referring colleagues to Toner Buzz. We reserve the right to terminate this program at any time for any reason. Participation in the Program may require users to submit personal information about themselves and their colleagues, such as name and email address. By participating in our Program, users agree to receive communications from Toner Buzz, and/or from our partners that operate and maintain the Program, with regards to participation in the Program. The following guidelines shall apply to a user’s participation in any Toner Buzz Referral program. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner.

Participants in the Program must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Referral Program.
